✨ Flowy Open Dress and an Embroidered Corset

Here's a simple skirt bottom that anyone can make.

1. Decide how many tiers you want
2. Decide how long you want the dress
3. Divide the length in the number of tiers wanted to obtain number height of each piece (they don't all have to be the same height either)
4. The first rectangle should be at least 1.5X your waist measurement
5. Each lower subsequent rectangle should measure at least 1.5X the previous tier
6. Starting with the longest piece, scrunch and sew to the previous tier
7. Rinse and repeat until your reach your waist at which point you can add an elastic waist band, or a solid waist band.

Note: This will give you a skirt with a large slit. Feel free to close it by sewing the open ends together to get a pretty flowy skirt!
